What you could contribute?
1. UK events Team
— Organizing adoptive family and school events
— Organizing China-West cross cultural lectures/workshops, and volunteer training sessions
— Organizing cultural events in V&A Museum of Childhood for Chinese New year and Chinese Mid-Autumn festival.
2. International Website Team
— IT technique support
— Graphic Design and Audio/Video creativity
— Update and maintain MBL Website/Facebook/Weibo
MBL volunteer Fye (from Cheltenham Ladies’ College) went to China for her two weeks volunteering experience with MBL in Nanjing in July 2013.
3. China Head Office Team
— Dealing with daily communication and networking with MBL members, volunteers, sponsors, and answering other general enquiries
— Daily office admin work, and supporting Event and Website/IT Teams
— Family information checking and supporting family root searching

Lilly’s Volunteering Experience with MBL in China
MBL volunteer Lilly (graduated from Cheltenham Ladies’ College) went to China for her two weeks volunteering experience with MBL in Nanjing in Dec 2012.
As a MBL base in China, Nanjing BaiXia Children’s Palace provides courses of traditional and contemporary arts and skills to local children/youth. More than 20,000 pupils aged between five and fifteen attending courses regularly every year. And MBL also works with schools, colleges, and universities in China and regularly invites international artists, scholars, and writers…as MBL volunteers to visit and give lecture/workshop to the students there.
